Gi Group is the first Italian multinational in the employment sector and one of the leading companies offering HR services and consultancy globally, with over 200 branches in Italy. Starting in 2024, they have entrusted us with the strategy and management of their social communication and advertising for B2C communication, aiming to present the world of work from a new perspective, highlighting its personal and social value.
Our Work
“JOB IS AN ATTITUDE.” That’s the synthesis of a narrative journey in which Gi Group plays the role of facilitator, aiming to transform people’s attitudes toward their profession, career path, and motivation to see the world of work as an opportunity rather than a constraint. The key concept was created in response to the brand’s request to humanize, normalize, and make the world of work and employment agencies more relatable through social communication directed at the B2C target audience.
